VOICE JAIL?  NO WAY..  Your call is important to us.  When you call us, you talk to a knowledgeable person who will direct your call to the proper technician. We will give you the opportunity to leave a voice message should you choose to. All our technicians carry cell phones which makes it possible for us to respond to your emergencies quickly.

Our customer friendly technicians are Microsoft^® certified and have extensive in-the-field experience making them qualified to take care of all your needs and concerns.

We are available for same day emergencies (such as a file server down) and can schedule after-hour repairs when necessary.

Remote Maintenance

One of the many services we offer is remote maintenance.  We can administer many administration and configuration changes to your network without ever leaving our office.  Those changes include:

• Tape backup monitoring
• Virus monitoring
• Add and removing users to the network
• Adding or modifying e-mail addresses
• Network communications diagnostics
• Analyzing various network reports to check for potential critical failures.

In order to provide remote maintenance you must have the proper hardware and software.  The two software programs we use are Microsoft's Terminal Services and Symantec's pcAnywhere.  For additional information on this service, please call our office.

Rates

All of our services are offered at the same low rate, whether it be network repair, printer repair, a stand-alone PC, or software related.  We also have bulk rate plans available to further reduce your cost.
